Community Intervention for ASHWAN Women

We strive to deliver targeted interventions that address the specific needs of ASHWAN women while making optimal use of available resources.

Before ASWHAN came to our community, many women were afraid to seek antenatal care. Their Mentor Mothers helped us understand PMTCT, reduce fear, and protect our babies. ASWHAN is truly saving lives

Community Health Advocate, Benue State

ASWHAN is one of the strongest women-led networks in Nigeria’s HIV response. Their grassroots reach, credibility, and commitment to human rights make them a trusted partner for impactful programming

Development Partner

ASWHAN gave me more than support — they gave me confidence. Through their counselling and economic empowerment programme, I learned to speak up, care for my health, and provide for my children. Today, I live with dignity and hope.
